We support early development from as young as 4 weeks old. Therapy is gentle, play-based, and encourages natural movement patterns to build strong foundations for motor development.

Common concerns and conditions we support include:

• Torticollis (tight neck muscles causing head tilt or rotation)

• Plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome)

• Delayed motor milestones (rolling, crawling, standing, walking)

• Hypotonia (low muscle tone)

• Hypertonia (high muscle tone or stiffness)

• Poor head control or favouring one side of the body

• Developmental Delay or Global Developmental Delay (GDD)

• Neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy (mild presentations)

• Genetic conditions such as Down Syndrome

• Prematurity-related motor delays

• Sensory integration difficulties impacting movement or calming

As kids grow more active, movement difficulties can become more noticeable. Our approach encourages confidence, coordination, and age-appropriate gross motor skill development through fun, movement-based therapy.

We commonly help with:

• Toe walking or persistent tip-toe walking

• Flat feet affecting balance or gait

• Delayed gross motor skills (jumping, hopping, ball skills)

• W-sitting and poor core stability

• Frequent falls, clumsiness or fear of movement

• Balance and coordination difficulties (Developmental Coordination Disorder / Dyspraxia)

• Sensory processing issues that affect motor planning or body awareness

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with associated motor delays

• Muscular dystrophies or neuromuscular conditions

• Early signs of scoliosis or asymmetrical posture

For school-aged children, we provide targeted support for physical growth, sports readiness, and posture correction. Our treatments promote strength, body awareness, and safe participation in physical activity.

We assist with:

• Sports injuries (e.g., sprains, strains, overuse injuries)

• Rehabilitation post-fracture or surgery

• Growing pains such as Sever’s disease or Osgood-Schlatter disease

• Scoliosis, kyphosis, or other spinal alignment concerns

• Postural issues related to prolonged sitting or backpack use

• Hypermobility and associated joint instability or fatigue

• Muscle imbalances or reduced endurance in PE or sports

• Motor coordination disorders including Dyspraxia
