Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral?

A: No, anyone can book an appointment for themselves. However, you will require a Doctor's referral if you want to claim through Medicare.

If you are eligible for rebates, the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan will cover part of your session fees for up to 5 appointments per calendar year, through the medicare Allied Health Initiative. However, discuss your Medicare covers with your Doctor as the appointments may vary based on your eligibility.
